Directions: In a bowl add salt and pepper to breadcrumbs
In separate bowls add flour to 1 bowl, bread crumbs to another, and eggs in another.
Dip cheese sticks in flour, then egg, and breadcrumbs
Freeze cheese sticks for about one hour – you just want them to firm up
Set Air Fryer to 400 degrees. Add the cheese sticks to the fryer
Cook for 4 minutes – then flip. Cook for another 4 minutes (may need more or less time – keep any eye on them)

Directions:Pour milk into Instant Pot cooking pot and cover with Glass Lid or Black IP Lid.
Push the Yogurt button and then the Adjust button. The display should read “Boil.” During the Boil cycle, remove the lid and whisk the milk a couple of times during the cycle.
When Beep sounds, remove lid and take temperature.. Anywhere from 170-180 degrees is fine. Slowly pour in the lemon juice or vinegar and gently move around the milk. It will begin to look curdled. Turn off the Instant Pot. Cover the milk with the Glass Lid and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
Add Salt to the Cream and Whisk together. Set aside.
Pour the Cottage Cheese into a Strainer Basket, sitting inside of a Cooking Pot or other device to catch the Whey. Remove Strainer Basket to sink and run a slow stream of cool water over the Strainer Basket to remove excess Vinegar. Place Cottage Cheese into bowl. Pour Salt/Cream into bowl and gently incorporate.

Directions: In a medium sized mixing bowl, mix your diced apples, Citrus Fruit juice, Ground Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Vanilla Extract, and Salt, until the apples are coated.
Heat a medium sized sauce pan on the stove top over medium heat.
Add Olive Oil to coat pan.
Cover and cook for about 6 minutes until the Apples are soft and tender. (Check and stir at the 3 minute mark).
Add honey, and cook uncovered for about a minute.
Pour into Reduced Fat Mini Pie Crusts

Directions: Prepare the flavor mix by mixing together the first 5 ingredients in a small bowl. Use the back of a spoon to crush any particularly large nutritional yeast flakes into a finer powder.
In a large pan (the larger, the better) place the oil and 3-4 popcorn kernels and cover with the lid.
Turn the heat on to medium-high and wait for the first kernel to pop. Be patient! Once this happens, add the rest of the kernels and cover again.
Hover the pan over the heat and with one hand supporting the side and another on the lid, shake the pan to prevent burning. Every now and then, remove the lid partly to allow steam to escape. Keep shaking until popping slows to one kernel every 2-3 seconds, then remove from the heat.

Put all ingredients into a medium size bowl and mix/stir until mixture sticks together.
Roll into balls, coat with extra coconut if using, and place on the baking tray.
